I got this adorable crystal strassed purse for Christmas a few years ago ❤
My mom was pretty depressed when she gave me this gorgeous vintage dress. She absolutely loved it, but realized she wouldn’t be able to fit into it again. She bought it from Korea over 30 years ago! I love the femininity of the bow and sheer sleeves. And, the structured shoulder gives the dress an air of sophistication *hair flip*
I’m wearing the same sunglasses and boots I wore in my Boyfriend Coat post, they’re high, but so comfortable (link to booties!) The Chanel pearl drop earrings are old, and I couldn’t find a link to them anywhere. However, I searched EVERYWHERE and finally found a similar dress to the one I’m wearing, it’s on sale for $21.00!
I love black and gold combos! This pairing always makes a girl look extremely well put together, with minimal amount of effort.
My illusion tunnel horn earrings were purchased in China, I found a similar version from ASOS here ($5.69) and a larger dope looking black handmade version on amazon here ($20.01).
My purse is a vintage Bally piece from my hubby’s grandma’s closet. I know *tear*, it’s in pristine condition!
My statement necklace is from J. Crew, I couldn’t find a link to it on their website because it was purchased a while ago — but, I found a very similar one on amazon for $6.18 here.
I found the leather skirt I’m wearing on the clearance rack at Express for about $20.00 a week ago. I couldn’t find a link to it on their website, so I included similar leather mini skirts with amazing details in the slider below. Same goes for the Arden B. crop leather jacket, it’s over 3 years old.
I purchased my leg warmers here for $6.99 and my gold embellished aviators are Tom Ford’s, found here. My crop top is from Revolve Clothing, link in slider!
I wore these amazing lamb skin over the knee boots in last year’s Baroque post.
Also, I just realized that Amazon is having an amazing sale right now that ends JAN. 22ND!!!
I use dry shampoo because I have thin asian hair and it gets oily and flat really quick. Also, some mornings I look nappy, but don’t have time to shower, hahaha. Anyway, many dermatologists and hairstylists advocate shampooing less, claiming that over washing your hair leads to unhealthy and breakage-prone locks. I swear by batiste dry shampoo, and so do thousands of other girls. I used to use Lush cosmetic’s No Drought dry shampoo, but the application process is very messy and it would look like dandruff in my hair!
The batiste dry shampoo with a hint of color blends in perfectly with my roots. It comes in three different shades. It’s an aerosolized starch formula that absorbs excess oils — extending and volumizing your hairdo. It has been LIFE CHANGING.
I’ve searched everywhere and amazon sells it for the cheapest at $7.30 — link here.
Do you have a specific dry shampoo you swear by? Or, are there other products you think are better than this one?!
Comment and let me know, my beauty regime is always changing!

I’m wearing Dolce & Gabbana skinny fit jeans in white, available here
My lace blouse, navy cross body, and platform leather booties (also worn here in Venice) are from Korea.
Why am I wearing open toe heels in the snow?! Because the platforms are high enough, haha.
I was gifted the adorable little pearl Chanel earrings over 10 years ago…they still look new!
And now, to close with a fashionably insightful quote from one of the most creative women of all time — “Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.”
Below freezing temperatures calls for bringing out some opulent mink fur! This coat is rather tame for an authentic furry piece, but looks can be deceiving…5 minutes indoors and my armpits are sweating profusely.
